Set in the glorious Leicestershire countryside, Seldom Seen Farm is over 200 acres in size. It is run by Robert and Claire Symington, who have been farming here for over 30 years.
This year (2010) alone, we will have 4500 geese, of which 1000 will become part of the famous Three Bird Roast. In addition, we have 700 free-range bronze turkeys and a host of farm made produce to tickle your taste-buds and satisfy your Christmas.
